This silky concoction was created by Eric Fontaine from Olo Restaurant for the CPBA Bartender Bootcamp competition
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Victoria Gin
- 1/2 oz Lime juice
- 1/2 oz Grapefruit juice
- 1/2 Egg white
- 1/2 oz Giffard grapefruit, infused with rosemary
- 1/4 oz Galiano Vanilla Liqueur
- Garnish Rosemary
Method
Dry shake ingredients. Add ice and shake. Double strain into cocktail glass or similar. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
