Negroni meets the G&T, this moody concoction was created for us by Solomon Siegel for Tales of the Cocktail, 2013.   Add another layer by using Oaken Gin instead of Victoria Gin.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Victoria Gin
  • 1/2 oz Martini Rosso
  • 1 dash Twisted & Bitter Black Pepper Bitters
  • 2 oz Tonic
  • pinch Salt

Method

Build on ice in a 5 oz glass.
