A nod to gin’s Dutch roots, this classic has been reinvented by Steve Da Cruz in Vancouver.


  • 2 oz Victoria Gin
  • 2-3 lumps Sugar
  • A few dashes Twisted & Bitter Orange Bitters
  • A few Cherry
  • wheel Orange
  • twist Lemon


Muddle ingredients and stir together on ice. Strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a wheel of orange, if you like. Rim glass with lemon twist and dropped in with a few fine cherries.
