A play on Victoria’s narrowest alley and the classic Sidecar, this cocktail is a mouth-watering winner.  The lime juice balances the Thai Basil simple syrup to perfection, but don’t take our word for it.  Find one at our Distillery during the 2016 autumn season or make it yourself.
