A take on Paul Harrington’s original, as served at Veneto in Victoria.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Victoria Gin
- 1/2 oz Campari
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- Garnish Cherry
Method
Stir on ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a fine cherry.
