A take on Paul Harrington’s original, as served at Veneto in Victoria.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Victoria Gin
  • 1/2 oz Campari
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • Garnish Cherry

Method

Stir on ice in a mixing glass.  Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a fine cherry.
