Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Victoria Gin
- 3/4 oz Silver Needle Tea
- 1/2 oz Shōchū
- 2 dashes Twisted & Bitter Shizandra bitters
- Garnish Rose Petals or Shiso Leaves
- For Tea:
- 10 oz Hot water
- 2 tsp Silver Needle Tea Leaves
Method
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with rose petals or shiso leaves.
* For Silver Needle Tea: Boil 10oz water. Add tea. Steep for 3 minutes. Strain.
