  • 1 1/2 oz Victoria Gin
  • 3/4 oz Silver Needle Tea
  • 1/2 oz Shōchū
  • 2 dashes Twisted & Bitter Shizandra bitters
  • Garnish Rose Petals or Shiso Leaves
  • For Tea:
  • 10 oz Hot water
  • 2 tsp Silver Needle Tea Leaves


Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with rose petals or shiso leaves.

* For Silver Needle Tea: Boil 10oz water. Add tea. Steep for 3 minutes. Strain.
