A twist on the Pre-prohibition Martini with our buttery Oaken Gin. Distiller Phil Lecours gives this one his gold star of approval.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Oaken Gin
- 3/4 oz Sweet vermouth
- 1/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Method
Combine ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
