As beautiful as it is delicious, this complex bubbly cocktail shines with Victoria Gin, sweet vermouth and absinthe.


  • 1 oz Victoria Gin
  • 2/3 oz Sweet vermouth
  • 1/3 oz Absinthe
  • 1 oz Dandelion Burdock Syrup
  • 2 oz Sparkling wine
  • Wheel of Orange
  • One piece Star anise


Add the first four ingredients to a shaker with ice.  Shake.  Strain into a glass of ice and top with sparkling wine.  Garnish with a wheel of orange and a piece of star anise.
