Dead simple.  Simply delicious.  Aperol bring its distinctive flavours of orange, rhubarb, roots and herbs to this bubbly cocktail.


  • 1 oz Victoria Gin
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • Top with Sparkling wine


Combine Victoria Gin, Aperol and ice in a mixing glass. Stir. Strain into a flute. Top with bubbly.
