One of our favourites, this drink tastes like summer and really makes Victoria Gin sing. It was created by Vancouver’s Shangri-la Hotel for Victoria Day, 2009.

For best results, use fresh, unfiltered apple juice.  If you wish, swap St-Germain liqueur for the elderflower cordial.



  • 2 oz Victoria Gin
  • 2 oz Apple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Elderflower Cordial
  • 2-3 pieces Cucumber


Muddle cucumber in a shaker. Add remaining ingredients, and shake with ice. Strain and garnish with a slice of cucumber or flower.
