Our twist on the classic Aviation is sure to take your taste buds to great heights.  Use more or less grapefruit juice depending on the sweetness of your fruit.  Fresh-squeezed is always best.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Victoria Gin
  • 1/2 oz Maraschino Liqueur
  • 2 oz Grapefruit juice
  • Twist Lemon

Method

Combine ingredients on ice in a shaker.  Shake.  Strain. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
