Teatime meets cocktail hour with this hot gin cocktail, created by Daniela at Silk Road in Victoria.


  • 1-2 oz Victoria Gin
  • 1 cup Darjeeling tea
  • 1 tsp Blackcurrant or raspberry jelly


Place a teaspoon of jelly in the bottom of a teacup with the spoon. Pour hot tea over the teaspoon, followed by an ounce or two of gin. Slowly stir the jelly into the tea.
