This is the silky signature cocktail at Calgary’s Whitehall Restaurant.  It is citrus-y and creamy, and we particularly love how the cracked juniper berries greet our noses at first sip.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 oz Victoria Gin
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz Milk
  • 1/2 oz Coconut milk
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Lime juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 Juniper berry

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shakerDry shake. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.  Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with crushed juniper.
