A variation on the classic mule, this drink was created for BC Distilled 2016 and renamed by Cathy Browne.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Victoria Gin
  • 1/2 oz Ginger syrup
  • 3/4 oz Lime juice
  • 2 oz Soda
  • Dash Twisted & Bitter Orange Bitters

Method

Shake first three ingredients and pour into a mule mug with ice. Top with soda and a dash of bitters.
