Victoria Gin

Vic Gin lights up your cocktail toolkit.

This premium spirit is part of a superior mix — a cocktail that includes you: your inspiration, creativity, and favourite fine ingredients. The contemporary Canadian gin is crafted in small batches and numbered by hand. It is carefully distilled with 10  botanicals that together balance the characteristic flavour of juniper with citrus, floral and spice. These botanicals yield a vibrant concoction that is lovingly blended with pure Canadian water. The result is a complex cocktail spirit as full-bodied and complex as a fine single-malt whisky.  Victoria Gin makes classic and contemporary cocktails sing.  Let this bright Canadian gin surprise you!

Oaken Gin

Our youthful Victoria Gin matured in oak.

Beautifully smooth and buttery, this cocktail spirit is gracefully matured in oak, imparting notes of vanilla and caramel. A rare product, this aged Canadian gin is a mixologist’s treat. It can mix like a whisky or like a gin, Try Oaken Gin in an Old Fashioned, Manhattan or Negroni, or let creativity be your guide.
