This is absolutely lip-smacking. It was created by Barchef’s Frankie Solarik for Vic Gin’s Toronto launch, May 2009.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Victoria Gin
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 pinch Cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh, grated ginger
  • 1/2 oz Maple Syrup
  • 1 pinch Fresh ground pepper

Method

Muddle ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a glass. Garnish with a crack of fresh pepper.
