Pucker up to simple pre-Prohibition elegance! We like our Gin Sour, well, sour! But feel free to add more sweetness to taste. This is a perfect trio of ingredients, but you can always gussy it up with a few dashes of bitters (making it a Fitzgerald), a soda top up (making it a Gin Fizz), or with an egg white, if you wish, to give it more body.
*Half a teaspoon of superfine sugar can be used in lieu of the simple syrup.
