Old, new, bubbly and blue… this recipe makes two. Perfect for a nuptial toast!


  • 4 oz Victoria Gin
  • 2 oz Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Crème de violette
  • 2 dashes Twisted & Bitter Orange Bitters
  • Top with Sparkling wine


Stir gin, crème de violette, vermouth and bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Pour into champagne glasses and top with sparkling wine.
