This silky concoction was created by Eric Fontaine from Olo Restaurant for the CPBA Bartender Bootcamp competition

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Victoria Gin
  • 1/2 oz Lime juice
  • 1/2 oz Grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 Egg white
  • 1/2 oz Giffard grapefruit, infused with rosemary
  • 1/4 oz Galiano Vanilla Liqueur
  • Garnish Rosemary

Method

Dry shake ingredients. Add ice and shake. Double strain into cocktail glass or similar. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
