This is the silky signature cocktail at Calgary’s Whitehall Restaurant. It is citrus-y and creamy, and we particularly love how the cracked juniper berries greet our noses at first sip.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz Victoria Gin
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 oz Milk
- 1/2 oz Coconut milk
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Lime juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg white
- 1 Juniper berry
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Dry shake. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with crushed juniper.
