Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Victoria Gin
- 1/2 oz Aperol
- 3/4 oz Pink Flamingo Grapefruit Syrup by David's Tea
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Peach Bitters
- 1 wedge Pink Grapefruit
- For Syrup:
- 200 ml Sugar
- 200 ml Water
- 2 tsp Grapefruit tea
Method
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a pink grapefruit wedge and a toothpick.
*Create your own grapefruit tea syrup by combining equal parts water and sugar in a small saucepan. Add a tsp of loose tea (or a tea bag) for every 100ml water or so. Heat over medium-high heat. Gently bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes. Let cool. Strain out leaves.
