This locally-titled and aptly-garnished mix was created by Shawn Soole of Squared Hospitality for the CPBA Bartender Bootcamp competition

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Victoria Gin
  • 1/3 oz Mezcal
  • 1/2 oz Martini Bianco
  • 1 tsp Dry CuraƧao
  • 2 dashes Twisted and Bitter Rosemary Grapefruit bitters
  • Garnish Cucumber

Method

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass on ice. Stir. Strain and garnish with a cucumber ring.
