We love the smoky combination of gin and scotch, cut here with the sweetness of pear. The simple syrup is optional. Trust your palate.


  • 1 oz Victoria Gin
  • 1 oz Scotch Whisky
  • 2 1/2 oz Pear Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/3 oz Lemon Juice


Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain. Garnish with a slice of pear.
