Canapé meets cocktail! This playfully, and deliciously, adorned cocktail was created by Solomon Siegel for our first Tales of the Cocktail in New Orleans. But sure to dip the garnish in the drink before you eat it.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Victoria Gin
- 3/4 oz Martini Bianco
- 4 dashes Strega
- Garnish Smoked salmon
- Garnish Applewood smoked cheddar
Method
Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with smoked salmon and cheddar.
